About Maggie

I turn what you know into what people remember.

Good content is not about sounding clever. It is about making your expertise clear enough to trust, distinct enough to remember, and useful enough to act on.

Magdaline Mwihaki

A writer’s ear. A strategist’s eye.

I am a content strategist and ghostwriter for founders, coaches, and expert-led brands. My work sits at the intersection of writing, positioning, personal branding, and the systems that make consistency possible.

I began in academic, news, and SEO writing. That work taught me how to research, find the argument, and make complex ideas easier to follow. Today, I use those skills to help experienced people communicate what they know without flattening their personality or sounding like everybody else online.

Because most of the time, your best content is not “out there.” It is in the client conversation from last week, the mistake that changed how you work, the belief behind your business, and the lesson you have repeated so often you no longer realize how valuable it is.

01

Strategy comes before volume.

Posting more cannot repair a message people do not understand.

02

Your voice is part of the value.

The goal is not to make you sound like a writer. It is to make you sound unmistakably like yourself, only clearer.

03

Trust is the real conversion system.

Reach can introduce you. Clear ideas, proof, and consistency are what move people closer.

Business is part of the story. Belief, identity, curiosity, and the life behind the work matter too.
Outside client work, I write, mentor emerging creators, serve in faith-led media and community spaces, and dance. Those worlds keep my work human. That humanity belongs in a personal brand.
